Dedicated Care Always Nearby provides professional, caring assistance to our clients and their families. All around the greater Jacksonville area, including the Beaches, St. Augustine and Clay County, we provide services that include weekly visits to client homes.

The aging process creates many new challenges for families. It brings new responsibilities. As experts we understand them. We guide our clients and families through these challenges, and always with dignity and respect.

Our services include assistance with Daily Money Management, communicating with other advisors and professionals, e.g. Physicians, Brokers, and Accountants. We coordinate paying the bills, making appointments, transportation to and from, bringing various trades into the home as needed. Each person is unique; we tailor our services to meet each client's unique needs.

Our clients degrees of independence range from independent travelers to those with end-stage dementia or disease. Each requires a different portfolio of services. And each poses different challenges to his or her family.
